HISTORY

Welcome to Jeriel Evangelical Church of Sanctification International (JECSI) Church, a vibrant community dedicated to spiritual growth, fellowship, and service. For the past 4 years, God has been stirring a calling in our hearts to establish a church. Despite our initial resistance and various excuses, through prayer, devotion, and seeking His will, we embraced the calling to seek, reach out, and redeem the lost souls for Christ.

On March 15th, 2022, we opened our doors with just 4 members, including our pastor and his wife. In just over 2 months, God has demonstrated His faithfulness, multiplying our numbers and touching lives in profound ways. He is truly an extraordinary and faithful God.

As we prepare to celebrate the anniversary of our church, we reflect with gratitude on God’s blessings over the past year. We are immensely thankful for the prayers, support, and contributions that have sustained this ministry.

Our church was originally established as a non-denominational church. After prayer and careful consideration, we have entered a new chapter in our journey and are now part of the Baptist Church.

We are grateful for this new beginning and look forward to growing in our faith, strengthening our fellowship, and continuing to serve God and our community. While our affiliation has changed, our commitment to Jesus Christ, the Word of God, and the mission of the church remains the same.

We pray that God will continue to guide, strengthen, and bless our church as we move forward together in this new chapter.

With a rich tapestry of worship, education, and outreach programs, we seek to nurture the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re exploring your faith, seeking answers, or longing for deeper connection, you’ll find a warm welcome here.

Come join us on this journey of faith and discovery. Together, let’s continue to make a difference in our world, one life at a time.

We exists to fulfill The Great Commission

“¹⁸Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. ¹⁹Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, ²⁰and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV)
